Calling All Stage Parents For Help!!

Dear Parents,

The thespians are so excited about their Haunted Hallway again this year. We have many students signed up to help. However we need help with supervision in the classroom while the thespians are acting inside the spooky hallway. I will be manning the dance floor and be running back and forth, but will feel better if I had a parent help Ms. Liz in the classroom in case of an emergency.

Ms. Jessica Milian has volunteered to help at the Haunted Hallway entrance with our thespian ticket collector, but she will need to take a break at some point.

I would also like to borrow a cooler to keep in the classroom (the school cooler is being used elsewhere), I will fill it with ice and water bottles. Please bring it to the school by Thursday morning. Last year the thespians got very thirsty working in the haunted hallway.

Last we need help with cleaning up the Haunted Hallway and the Haunted Dance Floor, putting everything back neatly in the bins.

Please email me as soon as possible to let me know if you can help at anytime. We start setting up at 2:30pm on Thursday.
